I signed a notarized note for my friend’s friend to have temporarily care for my child. (I asked her for help for my situation) she switched notes when we got to the notary i did not noticed until a month later. i dont know how i can prove that in court. she went and filed papers for custody for my child. We (her, me, and the father) have a court date on sept. 24, 2009…it has been hell for my trying to get my son back, he is 1yr old. I am afraid i will never have my son again, she has had my child for 2 months. i cannot sleep. I cant believe this woman is doing this. I went downtown and a custody master said I can get my son, but the thing is she wont give him back. when i call the cops they look at her papers she filed which is a custody hearing, and dont want anything to do with it. My question is how would custody be determined in court? And will she win custody of my child? This seems like a scandal….
