[ Toddler & Preschooler ] Open Question : How long can you go without pooping.?

My sister who is 3 keeps saying for a while now maybe a little less than a week that she has to go, but she doesn’t want to go so she purposely holds it in and sleeps, i do know that at a certain point you can die. How long can you go without going?
