recently i loaded my purchased version of corel paintshop pro on a new comp. when it was downloaded i couldnt open it.. by double clicking or right clicking. this is with the shortcut and going through the start menu.nbasically i try opening it, you can tell the comp is tryig to think and open it, but nothing happens. ni have downloaded the latest patches and even tried uninstalling and re installingnhas anyone else had this issue?nor know how to fix it??nthanks
