[ Skin Conditions ] Open Question : black head acne on the tip of my nose, it’s a bit reddish, help!! what sjould i do?

i have a very small back head acne on the tip of my nose, it’s not badly infected, but the loaction of it makes it look nasty, how to make it go away?
