Alright i just thought of this random question. nIm eating Cheez-it’s right now and i looked at the Nutrition Facts and i saw it has one gram of Saturated fat in 25 crackers. No Trans fat (as it says…) 1.5g of polyunsaturated fat, and 1 gam of monounsaturated fat. Now my question is.nDo the heathly fats ( polyunsaturated and monounsaturated) cancel out the bad fats (Saturated and Trans )????
