So far, I have seen two of such incident happened. One of it is at a toilet over at my tertiary institution. Another is at Marina Square (shopping centre). Is it alright if someone brushes their teeth at a public toilet? Because I have never encounter such incidence before, until recently. Appreciate your opinion on this question. =)
