So like 2 weeks ago i couldnt do 155 on the front squat, but now today on the 3/3/10, i did 255 5 times, do you think this is good, i am 198 pounds and like 5 foot 7, my coach was talking about explosive but he said my strength is impressive, how can i improve my explosive and improve my weight in the sqaut, my math teacher told me to hold it down while im like down for like 2 seconds then go up, nnSo please how can i improve in squat, and get my leg muscles big and strong and how should i stretch cus i think thats affecting me
