I get like 4-5 hours a sleep a night (not insomnia, but just procrastination combined with a lot of schoolwork) but of course I still want to work out. However, I’m always about to fall asleep when I get home, after eating dinner, finishing hw, etc., and working out has become impossible because I just fall asleep in the afternoons. Is it counter-productive, or just plain old bad for me, to work out on such little sleep? I feel like I would be exhausting myself even more.
