hey this sunday i am beginning my 13 week exercise regime…i need to seriously get in shape aye… i’m not at the point of being ‘un-fit’ however i just need to “step up my game” in losing weight…lol
nnanother reason is that in 13 weeks it’ll be the time to look for my valedictory dress or ‘graduation/prom’ dress…idk that’s just what we call it at my school in australia
so i need to look smexy yewww
lolnnwhat are some fun or really EFFECTIVE exercises? to lose some weight? i already do soccer, tennis and jogging
