[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : Can you eat anything & still lose weight?

Can you eat almost anything & still lose weight as long as you eat the right amount of calories a day and also make healthy choices occasionally? For ex. my lunch tomorrow is a PBJ sand which (1tbsp PB & 1tbsp J), 15 Cinnamon animal crackers & a water all for 390 calories. If I eat like this, will I lose weight? My goal is to lose 35lbs, how much do you think I could lose in 5months if I kept it up?nAlso w/ excercise everyday
