I get like 4-5 hours a sleep a night (not insomnia, but just procrastination combined with a lot of schoolwork) but of course I still want to work out. However, I’m always about to fall asleep when I get home, after eating dinner, finishing hw, etc., and working out has become impossible because I just fall asleep in the afternoons. Is it counter-productive, or just plain old bad for me, to work out on such little sleep? I feel like I would be exhausting myself even more.

I have an large plastic airline pet carrier (Kennel Express – Stylette) I have lost the plastic screws that close the top to the base and I need to know what they are called so I can get replacements. They are the ones that you push through the hole and have a sort of lever that you turn to secure.Also if you know where to get them.

ok im taking geometry and currently have an F i cant seem to get better grades even though i try and study i got a B in Algebra i even go to a tutor i get it there but when i go to take the test i blank out im only in the 9th grade but my transcript looks horrible can u guys suggest ways i can pull my grade up to maybe a low B (80% or over) in the next nine weeks???? i have a test tomorrow which i will probably fail again

I have tried pressing the F3 button and Fn at the same time but it doesn’t work anymore.Is there a way of doing this through the contol panel instead?I would love any help with this it’s driving me crazy!Thanks.
