i have a chicken leg medium-small size that i want to put in oven.. with some vegetables..ni’m not going to fry it firstnso.. how much is it supposed to take? .. with lid on ..and lid off.. (glass), at.. say .. 180 C.. and 140 C if i want to cook it more slowlynnthanks..

I havent used my deep fryer in awhile and im cleaning it n changing the oil, above the oil theres fat caked to it, i was just wondering if overn cleaner will b safe to use if i clean it really well and even put water in the fryer n turn it on for alil then clean it again wit dish soap

Now, I’ve discovered Killswitch Engage fairly recently, and have all of their albums. Personally, I think their new stuff is better. I’ve got all their stuff and have listened to it a lot, but want a bit of variety because I don’t want the appeal to wear off too fast. I’ve turned to Disturbed, and they’re not really what I’m after. Then Murderdolls, and they were utter crap. I then tried Atreyu, and found them ok, but the riffs aren’t heavy enough and the tunes aren’t varied enough. All the songs sound the same. Can anyone make a suggestion? A band with the sort of.. Power of Killswitch Engage, but with melodic parts as well. Thanks.
